FA445224F0058, a task order under the CIO-SP3 Small Business GWAC awarded to NexTech Solutions LLC in September 2024, carries a confirmed ceiling of $11,149,752 with $7.25M obligated to date. NexTech held SDVOSB certification at award, headquartered two miles from MacDill's main gate. AMC didn't run a competition and wait to see who showed up. It identified NexTech as the only viable source before the solicitation opened. The contract expires September 29, 2027. The recompete window opens now.

Most BD teams see this contract and start drafting a capture plan for a standard SDVOSB recompete. That's the wrong frame. AMC made a sourcing decision before the solicitation existed. One firm, identified in advance, awarded on a sole-source basis within the GWAC. That firm built a product called MANTLE, an Edge Activation Platform purpose-built for deploying infrastructure to forward-deployed environments. NexTech didn't get lucky. But the conditions that made them the only viable source in September 2024 don't automatically hold in September 2027. That's where the entry point is.
