Firms not already in a proposal team are locked out of that task order pipeline for the next contract generation. The open prime path that remains: $307M in OASIS+ 8(a) windows through April 2027.

Every BD team at SOF Week this week is scanning individual contract values and matching them to NAICS codes. The structural question is simpler and harder: were you in a SOFGSD proposal? The $2.65B vehicle that gates $617M in task orders closed for proposals this month. Award is September. Task orders start November. If your firm didn't get into a bid team before the RFP closed, there are still two moves. Find a SOFGSD prime and negotiate a sub position, or pivot to the $307M in OASIS+ 8(a) windows still open — JSTRS at $242M, ITMSOPTS at $39.7M, and AC/MC-130J at $25M. Both paths close by April 2027. Most firms in this building don't know which one they're on yet.
