DISA Forecasts a $50M Cyber Recompete After 21 Firms Bid Last Time
The 8(a) Cyber Contract at DCMA Is Back in Play
There are two winners to every contract: the person who got awarded, and the person who got to "no" fastest. Crest Security Assurance won HC104723F4060 after 21 offers. Now DISA's forecast calls for an 8(a) competitive follow-on worth $10 million to $50 million, with award planned for Q4 FY2026. The incumbent order ends February 7, 2027. If this belongs in your pipeline, the open question is why the forecasted Q2 solicitation has not surfaced publicly.
